The Benefits of the 10 Creative Steps

NYC AIM is founded on the ten action steps of the Web Dream Job System. Some may look at the ten steps and be curious as to how each on its own and collectively contributes to him or her achieving his or her job or business creation goals.

Each step is a a part of the creation, promotion and distribution of consumer solutions to consumer problems.

In other words, the 10 steps in a sense “Manifest Your Very Own Media Empire”. The actual examples of manifestations of the steps given on the Web Dream Jobs web site are not as important as the action benefits of participating in these sites or creating step correlating web sites yourself.

Either way there are benefits to getting involved with the 10 steps because in the end it is all about the network and the simple philosophy that you help yourself by helping others. It’s a beautiful thing!

Three Tracks at NYC AIM

NYC AIM serves three demographics: teens, college students and the entrepreneurial career minded. New York City Apprenticeships in Media has Digital Communication Arts workshops for teens that are available through the New York Public Library, while there are VFW internships for college students via their cooperative ed departments and now business/job creation seminars are in existence for entrepreneurs and job hunters at career centers.

Web Media Marketing

Web Media Marketing is an online and offline affair. Sometimes what you do with media offline affects what you are doing with it online and vice versa. We are human beings. We don’t live IN computers. Though, if you are like some of us, you may seem ATTACHED to yours. Because we exist in both the cyber and “real” world, true comprehensive and interdisciplinary promoting and visibility building means straddling the dimensions.

NYC AIM high!

It is important to aim high in life. To be grounded with the tools and strategies you need to succeed and then aim high. That’s what NYC AIM (New York City Apprenticeship in Media) is all about. It is an organization of individuals who are achievers in their fields and passionate about what they do who want to share their knowledge and empower others. Today Managing Consultant Yianni Stamas and Librarian Rodger Taylor took a first step (in a meeting with a high school assistant principal) in bringing the NYC AIM mission to life which is to “Aim high with media!”
